1. Return Policy According to the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the Law 7/1996 on Retail Commerce Regulation, our customers have a right to withdrawal within 14 natural days from the product reception. At Pick A Gown Rental LLC, we extend this period to 30 days to offer greater flexibility and ensure total customer satisfaction.

 

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, customers should access the returns section on our website at www.pickagownrental.com/returns. It is necessary to fill out the corresponding form, selecting the items to return and following the detailed instructions to complete the request.

Once the return is processed, the customer must prepare the items to be shipped back in the same condition they were received, using the original packaging. A courier will collect the package within 48 to 72 hours after receiving our confirmation.

 

Refunds: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the purchase once the package arrives at our warehouse and its condition is verified. The estimated time for the refund to be visible in your bank account may vary from 5 to 30 business days, depending on the banking institution.

 

2. Return Conditions: Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized products or those made to the specific order of the client.
  • Items that, for reasons of hygiene or health, have been unsealed after delivery, such as underwear or cosmetics.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

 

3. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled at no cost as long as they have not been shipped. If the order is already in the shipping process, the customer must wait to receive it and proceed according to our return policy.

 

Cancellation Policy Exceptions:

  • Custom order items: Cancellation is not admitted once the manufacturing process has started.
  • Items on promotion or with special discounts may be subject to specific return or cancellation conditions.

 

4. Return Costs: The costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect. In such cases, Pick A Gown Rental LLC will cover all shipping costs.

 

5. Dispute Resolution and Claims We channel all disputes and claims through our customer service system, which seeks to offer fair and quick solutions. If an agreement cannot be reached, customers may turn to the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission.

 

6. Extended Refund Policy In addition to our standard commitment to refunds, we offer an extended refund policy during special promotion periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday, where terms may vary slightly to facilitate early purchases.
